These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickClick app for Pipedrive ("the App"), provided by Hanse Performance UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

QuickClick adds configurable action buttons to the detail view of your Pipedrive deals, contacts and organizations. When a button is pressed, the App sends the current record's identifiers to a webhook URL that you configure, allowing you to trigger your own automations.

2. Installation and access

The App is installed through the Pipedrive Marketplace using OAuth 2.0. You must have a valid Pipedrive account and sufficient permissions to install and configure the App for your company.

3. Your responsibilities

• You configure the webhook URLs and are responsible for their content, security and for any data your webhooks receive and process.
• You must only send data to endpoints you are authorised to use, and comply with all applicable laws, including data-protection law.
• You are responsible for managing which of your users can see and use each button.
• You must not use the App to distribute malware, send unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

4. Fees

QuickClick is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will give reasonable prior notice and you may choose to stop using the App before any charges apply.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the App available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance, updates or changes at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for intent or gross negligence, or under mandatory statutory provisions). We are not responsible for the behaviour, availability or security of the third-party services you connect via your webhook URLs.

7. Term and termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it from your Pipedrive account at any time. On uninstallation, we delete your stored configuration and OAuth tokens as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Bremen, Germany.
